Information note pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 drafted in accordance with Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted by the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group instituted by article 29 of directive no. 95/46/CE, on 17th May 2001 to lay down minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of data which the data Controller must provide to the User when the latter connects to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Data processing relating to the web services of this site take place at the head office stated and are carried out only by individuals specifically charged with data processing, including individuals responsible for maintenance of tools, support systems and database management.

SCOPE OF DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Data collected will not be disclosed except, if need be, anonymously via printed material, IT support or the internet.

PURPOSES

Data requested or collected from the User via our websites, banner clickthroughs present on websites or dedicated forms or data sheets requesting data and information, are used by us for the following activities:
- mediation, consultancy and services inherent to property rental for private individuals and firms, directly, through franchising agents deployed in various Italian locations, through licensees deployed in various Italian locations;
- mediation, consultancy and sale of goods and/or services produced by us, or, also, of goods and/or services different from the principal aim of our activity but related, nevertheless, to occupancy in general, and deriving from specific contracts or agreements stipulated by Guidavacanze with Third Parties in favour of our Clients and/or our Associates and/or our Licensees.
The User`s data, subject to the granting of specific consent, is or may be used for one or more of the following purposes:
a. to evaluate the possibility of the affiliation of new Guidavacanze agencies
b. to catalogue, evaluate and make available to Guidavacanze Agencies data and information regarding property owners, tenants, including potential tenants, and research and supply of property units for rental
c. to promote registration to the periodic information and communication services of Guidavacanze, distributed mainly through newsletters and sms
d. to promote, mainly through mailshots and sms, the following telemarketing operations:
I. the affiliation of new Guidavacanze agencies
II. the sending of information and communication of a promotional, commercial and publicity nature, also on a regular, continuing and updating basis as well as newsletters such as "Rent" or the publication Nomisma. Please see the pages "Rent" and "Nomisma" on the website www.dolomiteshome.com
III. the mediation of periods of holiday rental
IV. the sale of goods and/or the carrying out of services connected or accessory, including by Third Parties
These latter activities may relate to goods and/or services of our own production or also goods and/or services different from our activity but nevertheless concerning occupancy in general, and deriving from specific contracts or agreements stipulated by Guidavacanze with
Third Parties in favour of our Clients and/or Associates. Such agreements and related proposals may be managed directly by Guidavacanze in the capacity of Mediator, or through the relevant Third parties to the agreements, to whom, subject to specific consent from the User, personal data and contact details will be communicated, and subsequently the User may receive promotions of goods and services covered by the agreements.
e. in the case of data collected via the "Find a property" form on the website:
I. to catalogue, evaluate and make available to Guidavacanze Agencies data and information regarding tenants, including potential tenants, who are seeking a rental property
II. subject to the obtaining of specific consent, the promotion of one more of the aforementioned purposes
f. in the case of data collected via the "You are a property owner" form on the website:
I. to catalogue, evaluate and make available to Guidavacanze Agencies data and information regarding property owners who wish to offer their property for rent
II. subject to the obtaining of specific consent, the promotion of one more of the aforementioned purposes
g. in the case of data collected via the "Business Agreements" page of the website:
I. to evaluate and also promote through telemarketing activities (mainly mailshots and sms) the possibility of acquiring new agreements to be used for the purposes stated in previous point "b-IV"
II. subject to the obtaining of specific consent, the promotion of one more of the aforementioned purposes
h. in the case of data collected via the "Journalists` Section" form on the website:
I. to catalogue and evaluate data and information from Nomisma journalists on statistical analysis and monitoring in the property market

I. to evaluate and manage requests for quotes, supply and bookings, including online bookings, from the available holiday destinations

k. to execute standard international banking procedures (bank transfers etc)
I. to carry out the corresponding and consequent accountancy, administrative and fiscal obligations stipulated by relevant legislation, including among others where applicable and proper, the obligation to communicate regarding operations in accordance with applicable legislation (for example communications to the Ministry of Finance regarding misuse of cash), as well as obligations of appropriate verification of Clients, recording of operations and services provided and any information given to theAuthorities regarding suspect operations stipulated in the Law on Money Laundering.

CATEGORIES OF INDIVIDUALS WHOSE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED

Data collected is or may be made available or communicated, including by electronic means, to other Individuals such as:
- Employees and/or Collaborators duly charged with data processing
- Professionals and related Agencies
- Firms, Professionals or other Individuals who, in partnership or also, as illustrated in the aforementioned purposes, in agreement with our Organization or related Agencies, may propose to our Clients products and services different from the ambit of our activity but nevertheless deriving from specific contracts or agreements drafted by us with Third Partes in favour of our Clients and of potential interest to them
- Firms, Professionals or other Individuals who carry out outsourcing activities on our behalf (activities in nature Professional, Accounting, Legal, Administrative, Commercial, Banking, Insurance, IT, Transport, Despatch and any other type), national or otherwise
- Public or Private bodies, national or otherwise, with whom we are obliged by Law to communicate.
The list of Individuals to whom data is made available or communicated can be obtained from the Administrative Offices of our Organization.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED:

CONNECTION DATA
IT systems and software procedures which the functioning of our websites depends upon acquire, in the normal course of operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols and communication. This data is not collected by virtue of association with the Interested Parties identified, but by its very nature might, through elaboration and association with data held by Third Parties, permit the identification of Users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computer used by the User when connecting to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses or resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to forward the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error etc) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the User`s IT situation. This data is used exclusively to obtain anonymous statistical information on use of the website and to verify its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to establish responsibility in the case of suspected internet crime detrimental to the website; excepting this eventuality, data from web contacts is not kept for more than seven days. Apart from the stated cases, the User is free to provide the personal data contained in request forms or indicated in contact with our Head Office in order to
request the sending of informative material or other communications. In the absence of such information it may be impossible to obtain the requested material.

DATA AND INFORMATION ESSENTIAL FOR THE DELIVERY OF SERVICES REQUESTED BY THE USER

This data and information is compulsory, as it is necessary for delivery of services requested by the User, (this data consists principally of the User`s personal details, address and postal, telephone and electronic contact details); in addition the relevant consent for data processing is necessary for the activation and execution of the requested services.

OPTIONAL DATA AND INFORMATION SUPPLIED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
Any other data, information and communication sent voluntarily and on an optional basis by the User is collected and processed only with the intention of responding to requests received and to improve delivery of services undertaken.

COOKIES
Cookies are not used for transmission of personal information, and persistent cookies are not used in any form; neither are systems for tracking Users` activity. The use of session cookies (which are not persistently memorized on the User`s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of identifiers of the session (consisting of random numbers generated by the server), necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the site. The session cookies used by this site avoid recourse to other IT techniques which may potentially be prejudicial to the privacy of the User`s navigation, and do not allow each User`s identifying personal data to be obtained.

METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is processed using computerized tools, according to the purposes approved by the User with his/her explicit consent and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aims for which it is collected. Granted the User`s explicit consent for the processing of his/her data for the purpose of the periodic sending of informative, communication and promotion material and marketing, we point out that this type of processing will have a maximum time limit of two years from the date of consent or renewal of consent (in the absence of renewal or in the case of withdrawal of consent, which the User may express at any time via the technical procedures made available by us, this data will be deleted without fail from our archives). Specific security measures are in place to prevent the loss of data, its illegal or incorrect use or unauthorized access.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
The User referred to in the personal data has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his/her personal data and to be informed of its content and origin, to check its accuracy, ask for it to be completed or updated, or rectified, cancelled, made
anonymous or blocked in the case of data processed in violation of the Law, as well as to deny, with legitimate cause, its processing (article 7 of Legislative Decree  196/2003). Requests should be addressed to our Administrative Offices.
